OTHER COUNTRIES TRACKED - £8.50

For domestic orders I send via 1st Class Royal Mail for other countries International Standard Royal Mail.

SHIPPING TIME (standard delivery) Remember you can upgrade shipping when placing order.

U.K.    2 - 4 working days.

USA    5 - 14 working days.

Canada  5 - 21  working days

Australia  5 - 21  working days

All Other Countries 5 - 21  working days

Please try to place orders in advance, so there enough time for the item to be delivered. All  orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN SHIPPING. ON RARE OCCASIONS A PARCEL MAY TAKE MORE TIME THAN USUAL TO ARRIVE.

International orders: Please note that Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that various countries may charge. I cover the cost of shipping to your country only.

RUSH ORDERS:

You can upgrade your shipping when placing your order.

=> I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE to items delivered later than guaranteed by the post office, and I WILL NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING COST for late deliveries.

Please examine your order as soon as it arrives for any missing or defective items. If you find that there is a problem with your order please contact my by email  (vespertoart@gmail,com) within 5 days of purchase. I will take care of any problems and find solution that will be satisfying for you.

I only ship products of the highest quality that are double checked before sending to you, but if you find something that is wrong, you will need to send a digital photo of the damage before we decide if we can refund the purchase. We can send you parts for repair if possible.
Should you change your mind or do not like the item anymore , we can accept that you return the item and give you the refund. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

You need to contact us within 5 days after receiving the items. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
